Where we operate
Smart Fix Services currently serves Visakhapatnam only. Staff must check the full address before confirming a visit.
Booking requests and availability
Submitting a booking records a service request. A selected three-hour slot is a requested arrival window, subject to technician availability and staff confirmation. All dates and times refer to Asia/Kolkata. Contact support if you have not received confirmation.
Service scope and charges
The listed service or diagnosis fee applies to the scope shown at checkout. Parts and additional work are quoted separately unless included. Work outside the agreed scope requires your approval. Any stated visit-fee credit follows the terms shown for that booking.
Customer responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and address details and safe access to the service location. Keep login and approval codes private except for a purpose explicitly explained by the service flow. Smart Fix Services is not an emergency response service.
Payments and complaints
A payment app opening does not prove payment success. Keep your payment reference and contact support for reconciliation, complaints or disputed charges. Cancellation and rescheduling follow the separate policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies available under applicable law.
